
The City of Belleville is pleased to announce the businesses selected to operate at Pop-Ups on the Bay in West Zwick’s Park this summer. This program will support 13 entrepreneurs from June to September providing a broad scope of options for visitors in the park to enjoy.
The following businesses have been selected to participate in the 2021 Pop-ups on the Bay project:

- Lemon’s
- Menchie’s Frozen Yogurt
- Royal Haveli
- Smokin’ Carnivore
- Sugar Mama’s Bake Shop
- Venture Outfitters
“We are thrilled to be expanding the Pop-Up footprint at West Zwick’s Park and we encourage residents to enjoy these businesses in our beautiful park space,” says Mayor Mitch Panciuk. “City staff are working closely with staff from the Hastings and Prince Edward Health Unit to ensure this waterfront attraction operates safely within provincial regulations.”
Pop-ups on the Bay will provide visitors with tastes from around world with a diverse range of food experiences including international favourites, traditional sweet and savoury treats and fizzy and frappe beverages. Outdoor gear rentals enable you to experience the view from the water and unique, personalized apparel and services are ready for you to come and try something new and different. Things to buy, things to do and things to eat – all in a beautiful outdoor setting.
Pop-Ups on the Bay is located in West Zwick’s Park operating Friday-Sunday in June, Tuesday-Sunday from July to August and Friday-Sunday in September.
