The City’s Water Customer Service department has moved from their previous location at 183 Pinnacle St. to the first floor of Belleville City Hall (169 Front St.). Residents can now reach them at the contact information below:

Please note the previous P.O. box for Belleville Water will be closed effective immediately. All mail moving forward should be sent to the new address, to the attention of Belleville Water.
