- Mayor Ellis will present Ian Press, President of the Belleville Sports Hall of Fame with the award inducting the Belleville McFarlands into the Ontario Sports Hall of Fame.
- Nancy Cairns will make a presentation asking Council to support the Association of Municipalities of Ontario's recommendations to change the Ontario Municipal Act and bring it up to the same standard as any other workplace in Ontario when it comes to abuse and harassment policies.
