Ongoing BTAP App Payment Issue

Belleville Transit riders are advised that the payment feature on the BTAP app remains unavailable while our service providers work to resolve a payment system failure. It is expected to take up to the end of October to correct.

We ask riders who require a monthly pass for October or any single use tickets, to purchase them at one of our retailers (City Hall, Shoppers Drug Mart, Giant Tiger, Friends Variety) or pass vending machines until the issue is resolved.
