
The City of Belleville is undertaking an update to the City’s Zoning By-laws to introduce updates to the Accessory Dwelling Unit policies to reflect provincial legislation changes introduced through Bill 23: More Homes Built Faster Act. Following the Accessory Dwelling Unit Public Information Centres planned for March 22, the City will be holding a public meeting on April 3 to consider the amendments to the Zoning By-Law (File B-77-1189).
WHAT: Zoning By-Law Amendment Public Meeting
WHEN: Monday, April 3 at 5:30 p.m.
WHERE: Council Chamber, City Hall, 169 Front St.
This meeting will be held in accordance with the requirements of the Planning Act. The purpose is for committee members to formally hear and receive public comments. Those unable to attend may also livestream the meeting on the Belleville City Hall YouTube Channel.
Additional comments will be accepted until April 3, 2023. Comments are welcomed by phone, mail, or email.
