Touch-a-Truck Family Fun Fest

Join the City of Belleville and the Rotary Club of Belleville for the annual Touch‑a‑Truck Family Fun Fest – a free, family‑friendly event that brings everyone up close to trucks, tractors, buses and more!

Date: Sept. 12
Location: West Zwick’s Park, 10 Bay Bridge Rd.
Admission: Free

This event is open to visitors of all ages.

What to Expect

Touch‑a‑Truck is an interactive experience where children and adults can see, touch and explore vehicles used in everyday life and work.

See a variety of trucks, specialty vehicles and equipment on display, including:

  • City service vehicles (e.g. plow trucks, bucket trucks)
  • Emergency vehicles like fire trucks, ambulances and police vehicles
  • Transit buses, construction equipment and more

Local businesses and community partners often bring additional vehicles to explore.

Enjoy all kinds of family-friendly fun throughout the day including:

  • Face painting and balloon art
  • Arts and crafts
  • Opportunities to learn about community services and equipment

Quiet time will be held at the beginning of the event from 10 a.m. to noon to accommodate visitors with sound sensitivities. No honking horns during this time. 

Local food trucks and vendors will be on site offering meals, snacks and refreshments for purchase.

Parking

Free parking is available within West Zwick’s Park.

Transit

While there is no dedicated shuttle bus, West Zwick’s Park is accessible via Belleville Transit Route 4, with a bus stop at Dundas Street West and Bay Bridge Road.

The City of Belleville aims to make Touch‑a‑Truck welcoming and accessible for everyone.

  • Additional accessible washrooms are provided.
