Indoor and Outdoor Pools
Belleville offers indoor and outdoor swimming facilities for recreation, swimming lessons and community use. Indoor swimming is available year-round at the Quinte Sports and Wellness Centre, while the outdoor pool operates seasonally during the summer months.
Registration is required for recreational swims and swimming programs through the City’s recreation system.
Pools are available for private events, programs and lane bookings.

Booking and Important Information
- Renters must be 18 years of age or older to book a facility
- $5 million liability insurance is required when the Corporation of the City of Belleville listed as additional insured. Insurance may be added to your contract for a fee, depending on the rental type.
- A signed rental agreement and full payment are required to confirm your booking
- Facility-specific guidelines will be shared at time of booking
- For one-time bookings, a minimum of 10 business days' notice is required for cancellations
- In rare circumstances, such as maintenance or weather, bookings may need to be cancelled

Templeman Aquatic Centre, Indoor Pool
The Templeman Aquatic Centre, located at the Quinte Sports and Wellness Centre, includes three pools used for recreational swimming, lessons, aquafit and rentals.

Kinsmen Community Outdoor Pool
The Kinsmen Community Outdoor Pool operates during the summer season and offers recreational swims, lane swims and facility rentals.
