Community Centres
The City of Belleville offers several community centres to support meetings, programs and special events. Two community centres are available for booking through the Community Services Department along with meeting room spaces at the Quinte Sports and Wellness Centre.
To request a booking, please complete the Facility Rental Request Form through the button below. If you have any questions prior to submitting your request contact us by email or phone 613-966-4632.
Booking and Important Information
- Renters must be 18 years of age or older to book a facility
- $5 million liability insurance is required when the Corporation of the City of Belleville listed as additional insured. Insurance may be added to your contract for a fee, depending on the rental type.
- A signed rental agreement and full payment are required to confirm your booking
- Facility-specific guidelines will be shared at time of booking
- For one-time bookings, a minimum of 10 business days' notice is required for cancellations
- In rare circumstances, such as maintenance or weather, bookings may need to be cancelled
Parkdale Community Centre
Location: 119 Birch Street, Belleville ON, K8P 4J5
Amenities: 120 person dining capacity, full kitchen, accessible washrooms, television with HDMI cable, alcohol cannot be served at this location.

Gerry Masterson Community Centre

Main Hall Amenities: 173 person dining capactiy, full kitchen, stage, television with HDMI cable, projector and projector screen, microphone, sound system, accessible washrooms

Various accessible meeting spaces available with capacities between 30 to 160 people

Hillcrest Community Centre
Location: 69 Centre Street, Belleville ON, K8N 4W7
Amenities: 80 person dining capacity, kitchen with microwave, accessible washrooms
