Community Services offers the following services at the QSWC customer service desk: program registration, facility rentals, recreation account support, gift certificates, fee assistance, lost and found, emergency assistance and support, speical events and bookings, City services i.e. tax and water bill payments, dog tags, garbage tags, transit passes etc.
Spring 2026 hours run from April 13 - June 26.
- Mondays and Wednesdays – 5:45 a.m. to 8:30 p.m.
- Tuesdays and Thursday – 6:45 a.m. to 8:30 p.m.
- Fridays - 5:45 a.m. to 4:45 p.m.
- Saturdays – 7:45 a.m. to 4:45 p.m.
- Sundays – 7:45 a.m. to 7:15 p.m.
