Community Services offers the following services at the QSWC customer service desk: program registration, facility rentals, recreation account support, gift certificates, fee assistance, lost and found, emergency assistance and support, special events and bookings, City services i.e. tax and water bill payments, dog tags, garbage tags, transit passes etc.
Summer 2026 hours run from June 27 - August 28.
- Mondays and Wednesdays – 5:45 a.m. to 8:15 p.m.
- Tuesdays and Thursday – 6:45 a.m. to 8:15 p.m.
- Fridays – 5:45 a.m. to 8 p.m.
- Saturdays – 7:45 a.m. to 4 p.m.
- Sundays – 7:45 a.m. to 4 p.m.
