- Parkinson’s Keep Moving and Social Hour: Tuesdays 11:15 - 11:45 a.m. and 11:45 a.m. - 1 p.m.
- Walking Group: Instructor-led indoor track walking with social coffee time. Wednesdays and Fridays 1 - 3 p.m.
