Parks, Picnics and Pavilions

You can rent a number of parks, picnic sites and pavilions in the city. When renting a park, picnic site or pavilion, you will have access to various amenities such as picnic tables, water, tables, chairs and electrical depending on the location.

To request a booking, please complete the Facility Rental Request Form through the button below. If you have any questions prior to submitting your request contact us by email or phone 613-966-4632.

Booking and Important Information

  • Renters must be 18 years of age or older to book a facility
  • $5 million liability insurance is required when the Corporation of the City of Belleville listed as additional insured. Insurance may be added to your contract for a fee, depending on the rental type.
  • A signed rental agreement and full payment are required to confirm your booking
  • Facility-specific guidelines will be shared at time of booking
  • For one-time bookings, a minimum of 10 business days' notice is required for cancellations
  • In rare circumstances, such as maintenance or weather, bookings may need to be cancelled

  • Medigas Picnic Shelter at West Riverside Park
  • Turtle Pond Pavilion on Kiwanis East Bayshore Trail
  • Hill Pavilion at West Zwick's Park
  • Tom Gavey Pavilion at West Zwick's Park
  • Lion's Pavillion at West Zwick's Park
