The City of Belleville’s Parkland and Recreation Master Plan guides the development of parks, recreation facilities and programs across the community.
City council approved the plan in 2022 to help guide decisions about parks, trails, facilities and recreation services over the next 10 years. The plan identifies priorities for improving existing spaces, addressing service gaps and supporting Belleville’s growing community.
The City continues to implement recommendations from the plan through capital projects, park improvements and recreation initiatives.
About the Plan
The Parkland and Recreation Master Plan provides a long-term strategy for:
