2026 Spring Program Registration Information

City of Belleville, spring is just around the corner, and the Community Services Department is excited to help you shake off the winter! As the days grow longer, our Spring Recreation Registration opens the door to fresh activities, new routines and fun for all ages. The 2026 Spring Activity Guide is now live. Browse today to explore our offerings and plan the programs you’d like to register for. 

Registration dates and details for the April 13 – June 15 session are below: 

Land programs (including skating lessons) 

  • March 16 for City Residents/Taxpayers 
  • March 19 for Non-City Residents/Taxpayers 

Aquatic programs 

  • March 30 for City Residents/Taxpayers 
  • April 2 for Non-City Residents/Taxpayers 

Whether you're looking to get active, learn a new skill, or enjoy quality time with family and friends, our spring programs are designed to bring energy, connection and a little sunshine to your season. Let’s make this spring your most active and vibrant one yet! 

Please register in advance! You can do so using any of the three easy methods listed below: 

  1. Online at QSWC.CA or visit: City of Belleville Xplor Recreation 
  2. In-person at Quinte Sports & Wellness Centre, 265 Cannifton Rd. 
  3. By phone at 613-966-4632  

The Community Services Department is pleased to offer a fee assistance program for qualified residents, please see our Recreation Fee Assistance webpage for more information.
