Introducing New Recreation and Programs Support Workers Pass

The City of Belleville’s Community Services Department is delighted to introduce the new Support Worker Pass, available for use for recreation and applicable programs at the Quinte Sports and Wellness Centre.

This pass is designed to identify and recognize approved support workers who assist community members, including regular visitors to the facility. Pass holders can participate in recreation programs at no cost when accompanying clients, fostering greater service accessibility and reduced barriers.

Interested community members are encouraged to visit the Support Worker Pass webpage to access the online form, or access and submit a hard copy form in-person at the Quinte Sports and Wellness Centre.

Using the Support Worker Pass:

This pass grants access to the Support Worker Fee, which is set at $0 for all applicable programs. Support workers with a pass can register for programming over the phone or in person however they must do so alongside their client.

The City of Belleville looks forward to better supporting the community with this initiative.
