These figures are preliminary and are based on the draft 2026 budget, which will be presented to Council for review on Feb. 25, 2026. Final tax rates may differ following Council deliberations and approval.This calculator is intended to provide residents with a helpful preview of estimated property taxes for 2026, broken down by service area.
