A message from the Fire Chief
Welcome to the city of Belleville and be assured that Belleville Fire and Emergency Services is here to protect you, your loved ones and your property to the best of our abilities. Belleville Fire has a long history and we welcome visitors to our Headquarters Station #1 to visit our museum and meet the Firefighters.
The City of Belleville’s Coat of Arms contains the three virtues of Tradition, Loyalty and Progress. The Belleville Fire Department’s three pillars of protection are Education, Compliance and Response. We strive to meet and exceed these virtues and pillars at every turn and our Firefighters swear an oath before Council to hold these values in their service to the city and the people who live and visit here.
Our goal is to save life and property whenever we can and to protect each other while doing so. Everyone goes home.
Thank you for visiting our website and we welcome feedback to make your experience meaningful.
Stay safe and be kind to one another.
Chief Mark MacDonald
