Water Billing and Payments

Residents can view their water and wastewater billing information online and choose from several payment options.

View Your Water Bill Online

Existing customers can access their water and wastewater account information through the City’s online portal.

  • View current and past bills
  • Check account balances
  • Monitor payment history

Visit the City’s online customer portal to access your account.

Two options are available:

  • Equal monthly payments
  • Payments based on your actual bill

To enroll, complete the Pre-Authorized Payment Plan Application or contact Water Customer Service.

Updating Banking Information: To change the banking details for your pre-authorized payment plan, submit a Pre-Authorized Debit Plan Change Request with one of the following:

  • Void cheque
  • Pre-authorized debit form from your bank

Payments can be made through your bank:

  • Online banking
  • Telephone banking
  • In person at your financial institution

Search for City of Belleville or Belleville Water as the payee and use your water account number.

Visa and Mastercard payments can be made:

Third-party service fees apply to credit card payments.

Send cheque payments to:

City of Belleville
169 Front St.
Belleville, ON K8N 2Y8

Include your water account number and make cheques payable to City of Belleville.

A secure drop box is located at City Hall on the McAnnany Street side.

  • Cheques only
  • Do not deposit cash

Payments can be made in person, Monday to Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. at:

  • City Hall (169 Front St.)
  • Quinte Sports and Wellness Centre (265 Cannifton Rd.)
