What you need to know when booking a facility
To help ensure a smooth and positive booking experience, please take a moment to review the following helpful guidelines:
- You must be 18 years of age or older to book a facility.
- A $5 million liability insurance policy is required, with The Corporation of the City of Belleville listed as an additional insured (review options available).
- A signed rental agreement and full payment are required to confirm your booking.
- In rare cases, bookings may need to be cancelled due to circumstances such as maintenance or weather.
- For one‑time bookings, at least 10 business days’ notice is required for cancellations.
- Each facility has its own set of guidelines, which will be shared with you at the time of booking.
- Planning a special event? City staff will work with you to help confirm details and ensure everything runs smoothly.
