Draft West Belleville Secondary Plan Public Consultation Centre

The City of Belleville is currently undertaking an update to the West Belleville Secondary Plan, and the draft plan is now available. A public Consultation Centre will be held on Oct. 1 to gain feedback on the draft document.

WHAT: Draft West Belleville Secondary Plan Public Consultation Centre
WHEN: Wednesday, Oct. 1, from 5 to 7 p.m.

WHERE: Loyalist College (376 Wallbridge-Loyalist Rd.), Link Lounge

The West Belleville Secondary Plan area encompasses approximately 950 hectares of land located east of Wallbridge Loyalist Road, south of Highway 401 and north of the Bay of Quinte. The plan will guide substantial future growth and development in this area, including over 6,000 new residential units, enhanced public infrastructure and a balanced mix of commercial, employment, institutional, and recreational spaces.

There will be no formal presentations, so those interested can attend at their convenience. Project staff will be on hand to provide information and answer any questions.
