The Accessibility Excellence Awards honor individuals, groups, organizations, and businesses in Belleville that go above and beyond legislated requirements to improve access for persons with disabilities.
These awards shine a spotlight on local champions—those who actively provide, support, and advocate for enhanced accessibility within our community. Nominations are open to those who demonstrate exceptional commitment across a range of areas.
Submissions will be reviewed by the Accessibility Advisory Committee under the following categories:
Built Environment, Customer Service, Education, Employment, Information & Communication and Transportation
There are three award categories:
- Individual/group
- Not-for-profit
- For-profit/business
