Free Overnight Parking Pilot Program at Riverside Central Lot

The City of Belleville is introducing a new free overnight parking pilot program at the Riverside Central Lot in downtown Belleville.

This program will consist of 10 dedicated spaces in the parking lot, which can be used for free overnight parking now through Sept. 26. Drivers must register for these spots through the Hotspot app or by scanning the QR code on dedicated signage at the lot. Registration for overnight parking starts at 5 p.m. each day and is on a first-come-first-served basis.
