- A motion from Councillor Carr to call on Hastings County as the provincially designated service manager for social housing, to develop a multi-year capital plan for the construction of affordable and social housing in order to eliminate the current county waitlist for housing as well as the provision of adequate supportive housing for the County's homeless population; and that the capital plan be subject to federal and provincial funding; and that a copy of this motion be sent to the Hastings County Community and Human Services Committee.
