Planning Application Fees

Prior to the payment of any application fee, a pre-consultation meeting with City Staff is required.

Once a development application has been submitted and Staff has completed a review of the application(s) and related submission materials, payment of the applicable fees will be required for the application to be considered complete. In some circumstances after-the-fact fees may apply (double the fee).

  • Anticipate peer review and revision costs
  • Avoid after-the-fact applications (fees double)
  • Plan for annual renewal fees on long timelines
