Existing customers can access information regarding their water/wastewater bill details at belleville.ca/waterbilling.
If you haven’t already signed up to receive your bill via email, please complete the E-Billing Registration Form
Payment Options
There are several ways you can pay your water/wastewater bill:
| Pre-Authorized Payments |
| Fixed monthly and actual bill plans are available by completing our Pre-Authorized Payment Plan Application or call 613-966-3657 |
| Bank and other Financial Institutions |
| Payments can be made in person, at your banking institution, or through your bank’s online (search “City of Belleville”, or “Belleville Water” as payee) or telephone banking services. Please ensure your account number is correct. |

Complete a Pre-Authorized Debit Plan Change Request Agreement with any of the following:

| Visa and Mastercard payments may be made online using paymentus or by phone at 1-877-831-6390. Please note that third party charges will apply. |
| Dropbox |
| Cheques may be dropped off to the drop box located at City Hall on McAnnany Street side. |
|
Cheques made to the City of Belleville may be mailed to City Hall located at 169 Front Street, Belleville, ON, K8N 2Y8. Please note Attn to Belleville Water and your account number located on your water/wastewater bill. |

| Payments can be made in person at City Hall or the Quinte Sports and Wellness Centre Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. |
