Street Tree Maintenance
New trees require regular care and upkeep in order to grow and thrive. If you are requesting a street tree, we ask that you please follow the Tree Care Instructions we provide in order to help your tree take root. Although this tree is on City property we do not provide regular care and maintenance and it is the responsibility of the homeowner to care for the tree.
Tree Planting
Street trees are only planted in the spring, between April 15 - July 1 (may be extended if weather permits), and the fall between September 15 - November 15 (may be extended or shortened depending on weather). Boulevard or street trees are subject to budget availability and set-back requirements.
