Using your PerfectMind Account
The City of Belleville uses an online system called PerfectMind for recreation program registration.
Through PerfectMind, users can view activities and schedules, register for programming and manage booking all in one convenient location.
Getting Started
Creating your Account
- Navigate to the PerfectMind online portal.
- Click the Signup button to create a new login.
- Enter your personal information and hit submit.
- You will receive a temporary password to the email provided.
- Use your temporary password to set your new password.

Can I add family members to my account?
You may family member to your account at any time. When you log into your account, go to the “My Info” page and click the “Add Family Member” button. Follow the prompts to add a family member to your account.
If you have forgotten your password, visit the login page, click on the “Forgot your password?” link and follow the steps to reset your password. The password reset email will be sent to you from communication@perfectmind.com. If you do not see the email in your inbox, please check your junk mail folder.
Do you have to register online or are there other ways to register?
